Refund Policy

Super Trader believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy: • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made 30 day after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the course access details have already been shared or if the training session has been scheduled and confirmed. • However, a refund/replacement can be provided if the customer demonstrates that the course content or quality does not meet the promised standards. •  The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint, will take an appropriate decision. • In case of any complaints regarding training materials or content that come with a satisfaction guarantee or specific assurances, please direct the issue to our support team for resolution. In case of any Refunds approved by the  Super trader, it’ll take 5 Days days to settle back to your original source of payment mode.
